India displayed a dominant performance to secure a resounding 200-run victory over West Indies in the third and final ODI in Trinidad on Tuesday, ultimately winning the series 2-1. The Indian team showcased an all-round effort, led by remarkable contributions from Shubman Gill, Hardik Pandya, Ishan Kishan, and Sanju Samson, resulting in an imposing total of 351/5 after being put into bat first.

Shubman Gill set the foundation with a well-crafted 85 off 92 balls, forming a formidable 143-run partnership with fellow opener Ishan Kishan, who played a brisk innings of 77 off 64 balls. Gill also combined effectively with Sanju Samson in the middle overs, adding crucial 69 runs to the total before Samson departed shortly after reaching his half-century.

Hardik Pandya showcased his power-hitting prowess, closing the innings with a blazing 70 off just 52 deliveries. His contribution helped propel India to an imposing total, leaving West Indies with a daunting task to chase.

In response, West Indies struggled to find their footing against the Indian bowling attack. Mukesh Kumar emerged as the pick of the bowlers, causing havoc in the top order and finishing with impressive figures of 3/30 in seven overs. Shardul Thakur also made a significant impact, taking four wickets while conceding 37 runs in his 6.3 overs. Kuldeep Yadav chipped in with two crucial wickets, while Jaydev Unadkat, making his first ODI appearance in almost a decade, managed to claim one wicket.
