The All India Ex-Servicemen Welfare Association has vehemently opposed the newly revealed Ministry of Defence (MoD) policy concerning disability and death benefits for Defense personnel and their widows.
Describing the recently introduced policy as a blatant infringement of both legal statutes and Supreme Court decisions, the organization representing ex-servicemen asserts that these updated regulations put military personnel at a disadvantage when compared to civilian employees.
