UPSC Calendar 2024: Exam Dates for Various National Level Exams Released

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has recently released the UPSC Exam Calendar 2024 on its official website. This calendar provides the dates for various national level exams to be held in the year 2024.

Exams and Dates

The UPSC exams for 2024 will begin with the Reserved for UPSC RT/ Examination on 13th January 2024, followed by the Engineering Services (Preliminary) Examination on 18th February 2024. The commission holds the right to change the dates of notification, commencement, and duration of Examinations/ RTs, if required.

UPSC will be conducting exams for various posts under Civil services, Indian Forest Service (IFS), NDA- NA I & II, CDS I & II, engineering services, and combined geo-scientist, ISS, IES, CAPF, and other exams. UPSC IAS Exam:

UPSC IAS Exam is one of the most coveted exams in India, and every year, lakhs of graduates apply for it. As per the UPSC Calendar 2024, the IAS Prelims Exam will be held on 26th May 2024, and the Mains will be held for five consecutive days starting from 20th September 2024.

UPSC CAPF Exam:

UPSC CAPF Exam is conducted to recruit Assistant Commandants in the seven security forces in India authorized by the MHA. As per the UPSC Calendar 2024, the CAPF Exam is scheduled to be held on 04th August 2024.

UPSC NDA Exam:

The UPSC NDA Exam is conducted twice a year for those interested in admission to the Army, Navy, and Air Force wings of NDA and Indian Naval Academy Courses (INAC). The exam dates for 2024 are 21st April 2024 and 01st September 2024.

UPSC CDS Exam:

The UPSC CDS Exam is conducted twice a year for those interested in joining the Indian Air Force, Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, and Officer’s Training Academy. The exam dates for 2024 are 21st April 2024 and 01st September 2024.
