Raghav Chadha, a prominent figure in the Aam Aadmi Party, has been granted permission to retain his government-provided residence following a ruling by the Delhi High Court on Friday. As a Member of Parliament representing Punjab, he underscored that his fight centered on \’upholding the constitution\’ and he expressed the belief that the housing allocation had been rescinded due to \’political enmity.\’
In his words, \”I want to convey my heartfelt appreciation to the Delhi High Court for overturning a prior court\’s decision concerning my government residence and delivering a verdict in favor of justice and myself… This isn\’t merely a struggle for a place to live or operate; it\’s a battle for the preservation of the Constitution. I am gratified that justice has ultimately prevailed,\” he articulated.
