Media representatives are cordially invited to join the leadership of NASA and the Small Business Administration (SBA) on Tuesday, July 18, at 9:30 a.m. EDT at NASA Headquarters in Washington. This event aims to highlight the performance of federal agencies in achieving their small business goals.
Hosted by NASA Administrator Bill Nelson and NASA Deputy Administrator Pam Melroy, the event will feature the unveiling of the Small Business Federal Procurement Scorecard for Fiscal Year 2022 by SBA Administrator Isabella Casillas Guzman, which will include NASA\’s rating.
Notable attendees will include Karla Smith Jackson, NASA\’s Deputy Chief Acquisition Officer and Assistant Administrator for Procurement, Glenn Delgado, Associate Administrator for NASA\’s Office of Small Business Programs, as well as leaders from small businesses collaborating with NASA. Following the news conference, interviews with Jackson and Delgado will be available upon request.
The event will be held at NASA Headquarters\’ recently opened Earth Information Center, located in the Easy Lobby at 300 E St. SW, Washington.
